Commissioner Jim Parent speaks with Phyllis Ruscella about issues surrounding St. Pete Beach’s referendum about the Sheriff. The commissioner holds a round table at the library on the final Wednesday evening of every month. Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. and last about 90 minutes. Although the commissioner officially represents District Two, he stressed that he represents all four wards and encourages anyone to attend his meetings.
