The February 9 edition the Gabber printed a letter from Sue Davis. Ms. Davis, who had occasion to call dispatch once the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) assumed responsibility for dispatching Gulfport officers, expressed dissatisfation with the new system.

Gulfport Police Chief Robert Vincent told the Gabber that at this call's conclusion, PCSO issued a "Be On the Lookout" or BOLO regarding this incident.
