Redeveloping Corey

At Tuesday night's city commission meeting, St. Pete Beach Community Development Director George Kinney talked about possibilities for rejuvenating Corey Avenue from bay to beach. Click here for a copy of his PowerPoint presentation.

Possibilities included creating a "strike team" to court businesses for the area, finding a way to operate the shuttered Beach Theatre as a nonprofit, and finding ways to creatively used properties that have not sold.
