Happy Independence Day! On Saturday, July 4, we will be serving 50¢ draft beer and $1.50 well drinks all day. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. we will have $1 hot dogs and $2 hamburgers. Come in and join us for a good time. Remember to fly your flag.
Sunday breakfast is canceled until the next blood drive on July 26.
On Sunday, July 12, we will have installation of officers for the next year at 2 p.m.
We are still in need of having our parking lot re-paved. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
Friday, July 3, dinner will be baked or battered haddock, fries, cole slaw, roll and butter for $7.75. The second entrée will be veal parmesan, spaghetti, roll and butter for $6.50.
The Southern Knights Band is here every Friday and Saturday night from 7 to 11 p.m. This band is fantastic and I know you will enjoy dancing and listening to their great music.
Lunches are served on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from
11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sundays from
2 to 5 p.m. Lunches are not served on Mondays or Saturdays.
Tuesdays and Thursdays come in and sing with Ron’s karaoke at 7 p.m. Darts are played every Saturday at
8 p.m. Play pool for free on Saturdays until 5 p.m. Bingo is played every Wednesday starting at 6 p.m. Fourteen $50 games are played, plus two progressive cover-all games for $250. The kitchen is open during bingo where you can order hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, etc. Join us for an evening of fun, games and good food.
The Auxiliary is collecting donations for troops in Iraq. Items needed include candy, personal hygiene items, batteries, snacks, dry food items, etc. A collection box is provided at the post. For more information call Shirley at 510-1919. Let’s show them our support!!
